If for any reason you are not satisfied with your toy or board game purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for your convenience. **Eligibility for Returns:**
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. To be eligible for a return, the toy or board game must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
3. Original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all returns.
**Non-Eligible Items:**
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Opened or used board games and toys.
2. Items with missing parts or pieces.
3. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
4. Clearance or discounted items, which are sold as-is.
**Return Process:**

2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Include a copy of the original receipt or invoice in the package.
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to provided address within 14 days of receiving your RA number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
**Refund or Exchange:**
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return within 14 business days. You may choose between the following options:
1. Refund: We will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
2. Exchange: If you prefer, we can exchange the item for a similar one of equal value.
